The Program

Three activities. One shared goal.

Brief, welcoming activities designed to encourage reflection, connection, creativity, and strengths recognition.

01

Positive Message Exchange

Encouragement can create a moment of connection.

Participants create a brief positive, encouraging, or appreciative message. Messages are collected and redistributed so participants receive one created by someone else.

02

Collaborative Positive Story

A shared story becomes a shared experience.

A facilitator provides a neutral opening prompt. Participants contribute to a shared story and are encouraged toward constructive, hopeful, or problem-solving directions without being asked to disclose personal trauma.

03

Build Yourself Up

A Wall of Strengths turns individual reflection into a shared display.
